Billing & Insurance Information
Reflections Christian Counseling Services is an out-of-network provider and does not contract directly with any insurance companies. Payment is due at the time of service. Clients with out-of-network benefits may be eligible for partial reimbursement from their insurance carrier. Upon request, a superbill can be provided. A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes the information typically required to submit a claim for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts vary by insurance plan, and clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to understand their out-of-network benefits. Reflections Christian Counseling Services does not guarantee reimbursement. Clients are fully responsible for all fees regardless of insurance coverage. Questions related to fees, superbills, or billing policies are welcome prior to scheduling.
Good Faith Estimates
Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to provide clients who are not using insurance—or who are not submitting claims to insurance—with a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for services.
Reflections Christian Counseling Services will provide a written Good Faith Estimate outlining the anticipated cost of therapy services upon request or prior to the start of services. This estimate is based on the information known at the time and reflects the expected fees for scheduled services.
Please note that a Good Faith Estimate is not a guarantee of final charges. Actual fees may vary depending on the length, frequency, or type of services provided. Clients have the right to dispute charges if the billed amount substantially exceeds the Good Faith Estimate, in accordance with federal guidelines.
Clients are encouraged to ask questions about fees or request a Good Faith Estimate at any time prior to or during services.
